Meditation doesn’t always come easily. It takes a great deal of practice to be mindful and accepting of our thoughts, while at the same time, giving ourselves the freedom to let them pass by without further contemplation. There are plenty of tools and resources to utilize while practicing the art of meditation. However, one simple way to reach a meditative focus is through the use of meditation mantras.
What we say tends to be what we believe. What we tell ourselves, shouldn’t be any different. Below are a few examples of simple meditation mantras that aim to establish peace, strength and happiness.
